Deus Ex: Mankind Divided stores the Savegame in <user>/Documents/Deus Ex - Mankind Divided.
Many games put the Save in <user>/Documents/My Games/Game.

Is planned to change this?

Actually, DX MD' save files located in your Steam folder/userdata/.../.../. The same with plenty of other Steam games.

Actually DX:MD saves files are located in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Deus Ex - Mankind Divided\
And in %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam\Userdata\<UserProfile>\337000

Some other saves in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\my games and some in %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\
