When can i use the Neuroplasticity calibrator

A couple days ago when I started, vaclav koller wanted me to get a calibrator from a local crime boss.
I went to their underground casino, talked a bit, and ended up killing otar. and everyone else there. Just wiped the whole area clean, got the calibrator from a safe. Koller called up, said he'd see me sometime later, as he had other stuff to do. And ive not heard from him since. Ive been back to his shop (and basement lab) several times and he's not there

I just got back from golem city and still no contact. Im sure i cant be too far from the end of the game. Where is this guy? When can i see him again to get this calibrator thingy installed?

Koller will contact you at some point. pointless looking for him he wont be there in his celler.

You are still quite a long way from the end, maybe about half way at this point. The reports of the games short length are greaty exaggerated.

You can get it installed pretty much as soon as you start with Prague. Explore and he will contact you.

That's not the calibrator. That's just getting fixed.

You'll eventually receive a call from Koller, telling you he can install the calibrator, but it won't be until about 3/4 through the game.

In the meantime, you can still add all the normal augs you want but, when activating any of the experimental augs, you'll notice an increase in glitches in your display. You can actually go up to 400% and not be bothered too much. At 450%, the glitches become much worse. and the augs system will automatically shut down one of your other experimental augs, to keep you from frying yourself.

You can fetch the calibrator before you get to Koller and he'll install it right away.

No, actually he won't. You can give it to him but, he'll claim he has to do some calculations and prep work, before he can install it. He'll call you at the usual time, later in the game.
