That being said, the three seperate DLCs are about 3-6 hours each, with the latest (Criminal Past) stretching to nearly 10 hours. So in main-game-hours terms, each of these DLCs has a length of about 3 main quests. I wont go into details, but I would say that they are indeed worth it, although their total cost could be debateable (in comparison with the price of the main game).
Just do not buy the season pass, because of the useless and overpriced item packs it is pretty darn expensive.
