you can see the original hide of the giraffe in the stored thumbnails in the lower left corner. Actually these were already turned seamless, cropped and further enhanced with enhanced hue and value (brightness). The thumbnails on the lower right show greyscale used as elevation map and a re-colored map from the Stylize tools that colorize based on slope and elevation. (same tool is integrated in 3D Designer for creating the basic textures - Grass, Rock and Snow.)
