I can not get into the game

For 4 days I ask before entering that update the Adobe Flash player or install the croome, which I have installed since always. I have tried to update both, and restart several times but it is impossible, it is as if I did not recognize those programs

I have had same problem last 4 days. I have newest adobe flash player and also reinstalled chrome - rebooted several times, and still get message to install flashplayer ....

Do i really have to delete my account in Steam... since nothing happens, still same message...
I have played so many hours - waste ... ???? Is problems not taken seriously??

I also have many hours of gameplay and have thought about uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but I am afraid to lose all my progress. I sincerely hope it is a technical support problem and fix it in a few days but I do not know how to warn that support that there is this problem.

I uninstaled the game and instaled it again, but the problem persist and I can´t log in (before and after). I can´t do much more :(
I feel that the technical support does not care about us. I feel disappointed

i unistalled game and steam too... and then reinstalled chrome .. still no change - same message and can't get pass that... so no playing, and obviously Steam doesn't care. :( i feel disappointed too....

I have that same problem somebody must have did an update in steam or heros of might and magic and messed the game up good job!!!..

The bug is only in steam
I have made a new account in ubisoft, and surprise! it works perfectly.
I've wasted all my time and progress on my steam account

I'm like everyone in this thread. My game loads up to select character screen but never loads thereafter. If anyone game is working. Let me/us know thanks. I can't even msg my guild to advise on the problem currently facing.

I get a popup message after starting the game that i need chrome or adobe flash.. i have both

me too guys, only way is unistall and reinstall but after you load 1 time the game, don load more again
