so for the fix the internet quest i got the modem and used it but nothing happened, any help?

you need to go to the map where your screen is buzzing while the modem is equipped and find a sparkling light. using the modem on it will open a portal to another realm where you fix the internet.

I think the map where the screen is buzzing may have an entrance gate to Lava Bakery

there are 2 areas for that to use, one in the vegetable land, the other one in the lava zone. you can only access them with the spring you get after rebuilding the comic shop
