They don't for me. That's the one food resource which never produces beyond 0 or 1. I have 1 rooster or 2 for 4-5 chickens completely fenced around the aviary and they simply don't produce eggs. They are within 4 tiles of each other all the time... Just feels broken. I'm choking on feathers, in fact that's the only thing that works. I sell the feathers and buy the eggs from the market.....
