Is this game really that bad??

i didnt play it but im thinking to start playing this game but I noticed a great hatred for the game why ??

Chinese players are really based.
They give negative reviews after half an hour of playing really easily and don't waste time on playing bad games. You can use translation to read some of their posts, their critique sounds very reasonable.
So I wouldn't call it "hate", but it looks like game is not really finished yet. Also some people noticed P2W already, which is a big no-no for many MMO enjoyers.
I myself will try it when (if) they make english translation, but I doubt they will
