xbox 360 controller won't recognized

Can someone help me? I just bought an xbox 360 controller which works as intended with other games like dark souls , but it won't get to work with crash time 3.

Just went through a similar issue and fixed it by plugging in a different controller.

Not all controllers theoretically being recognized as Xbox 360 controllers are the same.

I think the usual fix for some controllers is to disable Steam Input.

weird, i just finished CT3 and also played on xbox 360 controller, did you turn on the controller before start the game?

I played the whole game with a 360 controller. Is your controller xinput ?
