Can I play this with my specs and how open is the game world?

i play the game with a windows 7 desktop from 2010 and it runs it fine it off line now so you play on your own, still a great game have to finish the story line events then you can just re play it over and over

The only concern is, despite videocard is integrated in laptop motherboard, it still has it's own chip, so it is technically considered not being integrated.
Didn't play much simply bacause vehicles were RWD and controlling them were to difficult for me. Concerning the open world, I believe it is at least as good as in Midtown Madness.
