Connect Steam purchase to online account

I played the online version yesterday and have since bought the game on steam. How can I link my steam purchase to my online account? It still says I am a Gratis player.

When you try to Login Online from the Steam version the first time it will give instructions, then an options of Create Account or Connect to Existing Account. Select the latter, enter your email and password, and you are now connected to that account.

I think I did this. When I now click to play an online game and click "login to Online" it takes me to the lobby and says i am logged in, however I cannot create a game of snooker. I only have three pool options available (6-ball, 9-ball and 8-ball US2). Clicking on "my Profile" still shows me to be a "Gratis" player.

I connected to my account but I'm offered to upgrade to premium....i thought it would come with 1 year of premium.

I did install vp4 online a few weeks ago just to see it....but i never played any games or anything....

I linked to my existing account and I'm still Gratis as well. No V$ either.

Sent message to Support through in game messaging and they took care of it.

If you had a customer or player gratis vponine account, the Connect to Account was not working. We have corrected that issue.
