When you purchase, you have full access to online as a premium player. That does expire if you never buy V$ and does currently require a yearly $9.95 minimum. We may remove the minimum yearly, really depends on how sucessful the game is. Our preference is not to have it.

Nowhere on the store page does it say that multiplayer is reliant on further purchases. You really should be up front about such things.

Snooker and 3 cushion is also behind that paywall? That makes it even worse :p

You do not need to buy this game to play online, you never have, its been available for over a year, if you buy the game you will get access to premium for 1 yr, after that it will cost $9.95 per year. dont buy the game you can just play gratis for a while them maybe upgrade to premium for $9.95, Yes you are correct regarding snooker & 3 cushion but fot the sake of $0.80c/£0.60p a month would you notice, its peanuts.

Should also mention that Virtual money v$ needs to be purchased for $9.95 for 1000, (about £6.50). This allows you to buy better cues and/or enter tournaments to try and win more v$.

You will need to buy at least one Snooker cue (if you play snooker) and one Pool cue as the basic ones are not very good. Additionally, jump cues/break cues and better shafts are all purchasable seperately.

1 of each will come to about v$1500 for a cheap but better than standard set of cues.

THIS IS FOR THE MULTIPLAYER GAME ONLY...THE CUES ARE FREE TO USE IN OFF-LINE MODE
