3-Player Game Modes?
Hi... I tried to find my answer by searching, but didn't find anything. As of right now I have 3 friends who have purchased the game. Sometimes if it's only 3 of us online, we would like to play a game that all 3 can be active in. What game modes (if any) does VP4 support for 3 players? I didn't see cut throat listed by that name. Thanks in advance!

The game has a 2v2 mode in the variations I've tried (8-ball, 9-ball, Straight Pool and Snooker) and probably in more of them.

I'm not sure if you can play 2v1, but if not - why not have another friend or a random player join you. I suppose it would be fun that way as well. :)

Hi... Yeah, that is the main plan. Since I posted my message, I just got a 4th friend to buy VP4. :B1:

My question wasn't really about 2 vs 1, but about a 3 player game, each man for himself (like cut throat). For example, each player has their own range of object balls and the turns are rotated just like normal pool, etc.

Thanks, Rob. Hopefully it's something the devs have on their radar. Considering how many modes I saw listed, I am kind of surprised it isn't already in. Still loving the game though.

You can play Cowboy in 3 way.

Both 3 player cutthroat, and doubles would be an amazing addition.

You can play a "ring game" of VP4 online, adding 3 or more players when you create a "match room" . Each player for himself... this mode will work with some games like: 9 ball, rotation, straight pool, cowboy, bank pool, honolulu. There was a bug when playing a 10 ball ring game, not sure if they fixed it yet

As mentioned you can play ring games with 3 people.
Killer and Cutthroat are on our wish list.

Thanks for all the information, guys. I guess I was just unlucky that the only game I tried to add 3 people to was 8-ball. I got a message that the game didn't support 3 players, so that is what led me here to ask if any games supported it.

Great to see Killer & Cutthroat are on the wishlist!
