1,000 level relic achievement bug

So, I have all relics over 1,000 achievements, and yet I don;t have this final achievement, What gives?

You need to level up the relic while digging, that'll make it trigger.

I have the same problem. Didn´t trigger even after.

I had a bunch of them way over 1.000 and beyond and suddenly the achievements for level 100 and level 1000 relic triggered. So yeah, they must be bugged. No biggie though.
