Thank you - but: Where do I ask Eli to do the reading? Just standing there outside where the guy is protesting? I didn't find any burned papers... *I logged off for the night - will get back to it in the morning - any and all help still welcome - thanks again.
If I'm not mistaken, it's either where the bull statue is or in front of the building, where you can see the ghost. Just talk to Eli and you'll have the option of doing the fire reading.
