I played the game yesterday and it was great but when i went to play it today for some reason my controls changed. it was letting me move with the arrow keys and crouch with c but now it makes me press a button with my mouse key to crouch and move. How do I fix this? the game is unplayable for me otherwise.

Verify the file. Uninstall and reinstall. Maybe you can search online where to access the games file to change the controls.
