Spinning Bug?

I loaded into the game for the first time and I am constantly spinning. I unplugged controllers and checked my mouse and everything is fine anyone have a fix for this?

this is a mobile game, so it was probably not tested to run at the high framerates that are achieved on PC and that could be why the NPCs get stuck on things. Maybe try capping it to 120FPS and if it doesn't work- 60FPS?

First you have to press it and then you are not allowed to move the cursor anymore. You have to do this repeatedly until it works. This becomes apparent when the screen becomes a little brighter.
