Maybe I'm completely missing something, but I played through my initial playthrough with just the mouse. After I completed the playthrough, I was left thinking "Surely I can't get perfect runs with just the mouse", so I started looking in-game for some controls screen I might have missed, but I couldn't see anything. Maybe it's just mouse click and I'm just bad :P

So, if there are any, what are the keyboard and/or pad controls?

It is possible, but indeed difficult. It's especially tough if you don't have a gaming mouse. Since the main game is meant to be extremely forgiving, we wanted to give those seeking a challenge something to shoot for with the achievements. Good luck!
