Payment - suba points

The prices of suba points bought through steam are different.
Can I still buy points from subagames.com?
If there were different payment methods (through other sites) aviable before 15/08, are them still aviable?

Yes you can still buy Suba Points directly from the Suba Games website itself, log onto your account for Suba games then find the "Suba Bank" and there it should display options for the amount of Suba points that you'd like to purchase. Personally I'd save for the $80 deal since you get more than buying multiple low payment options, also if you're playing other games from Suba, you can also use the left over points for it. I, myself will be purchasing the $80 pack of Suba points to buy things for DoMO XD
