Possible to re-obtain your Aeria Games character from years ago?

I have searched the forums on steam and some say yes, some say no. I want an answer. Is it possible to obtain my old character, the one i worked so hard on years ago? Or, is it completely gone no way of obtaining it?
If there is a way to obtain it please explain to me how.
Please reference sources, such as official word from Suba, or other forum posts. Links to your references would be nice too so I can see for myself.

Suba has nothing to do with Aeria (etc). Two (+) entirely different companies. Aeria (etc.) wiped & ditched all old character info so, all Suba accounts start DoMO anew. Sorry to say! :c I, too worked hard on my old Aeria account
So yeah, I am sure you cannot obtain your old DoMO account back.

Sorry for necro but this kinda bums me out. I was thinking of trying it again, I had a rare S6 lily I was hoping to give away if I could recover my account. I adored that lily, and would rather someone who'd use her have her, then her go to the void. But I guess she's gone. :/ I remember people following me around trying to offer me their literal life and death and everything between to get her off me. Kinda sad to know she's in the void.
