How do i link my steam account to suba games?

1. Start DOMO from your games library within Steam;
   
2. Select a server and a pop up message should appear;
   
3. Click that message for the steam overlay to open;
   
4. You should see a message asking you to
   A) log in with your existing suba account, or
   B) create a suba account;
   
5. Select an option and follow the instructions.

I should have mention this before, but the popup doesnt "pop up" for me

Have you tried opening the steam overlay after selecting the server?
For some people, doing that prompted the linking instructions to go on.
