Report a translation problem
Have you tried to login through the suba client instead of steam? Some of my friends found that when one is not working well, its counterpart seems to function alright... Not sure why though. But worth a shot.
I'd also check if suba's website is up. There has been an instance in the past where everything on their end crashed, including the website. So that could be an indicator.
My pc is broken right now so i can't try to login in the game :( But I'd definitely recommend to bring up the issue on the website's forums. The mods seem to be more active there and Facebook.
Other things to try would be a fix and repair if the client has a button for that -- or do it through the steam library.
