Those are great sub-classes!
Especially for beginners since you can unlock those skills fairly quick.
I'm still subbing doctor, even at level 40... definitely worth getting XD

Pilfer can certainly be a source of income if you have incredible patience.
I've personally hired recipe hunters numerous times

May I also suggest to post your video in the 'guide' section as well (?)
I think more people would notice it there;
