Too Fast and Too Expensive!
We get swamped with customers and have no chance to prepare their food (or have some on standby) before they start to complain! Please make them more patient, and a bit more spread out - not all at once! Perhaps you could set the number of customers based on the number of registers / members of staff instead of just moving the queue between open registers?

The furniture needs to be (quite a lot) cheaper OR we need to be able to take out a loan OR we need more seed capital at the start - at least 10,000. That way we're not making a pitiful amount of profit per day until we grind ourselves up to where we can afford more furniture and staff.

As it is, I am going to take a break from playing because right now it's frustrating, and I don't know about other people but I tend to play games to relax! Maybe you could have a radio button system so people can turn on / off things like customer complaints / staff breaks / unlimited food / unlimited money etc. for people like me who can then just chill and play!

I have 4 food warmers and they are filled every morning before I open for customers. The runners put food on the shelves, which I wish they didn't, But I never run out of food. When the workers take breaks, I will fill in sometimes. But I have not ever run out of food. If you have many Orange box burgers, take it off the chef's list of duties and he will only make brown and yellow boxed burgers.
Don't worry about the customers complaining or leaving early in the game. You will not lose reputation. I always remained at 100%. It was hectic in early game but you will soon have enough money to run smoothly. I have all upgrades and 10 employees. About all I do is order inventory and help restock.
Good luck and like I said, don't worry about the customer complaints. It all smooths out.
my only problem in this game is the constant need to order and refill cooking stations.

Food doesn't go bad. After stocking up each night, also cook and fill your food warmers. Also invest in more registers to make it through the lunch rush.

How the game starts is what i liked about the game, its why after playing the demo i wanted more of the game, however the truth is how the game starts is NOT what this game actually is and as such i dislike it now and dont want to play it....

all you actually do is order stock, and that is not what i liked about playing this game...

in fact your simply better of buying no shelves at all and just buy twenty of everything every morning and leave it all outside on the street and go watch television for ten mins. let the thing take care of itself.

it was the involvement and activity in the demo and early stages that i liked about the game, its now clear that its not really a cooking game. so im now looking at other titles. i dont wanna play this tbh
