Sea Map?
I ran into this before I had Shardy's boat open, so of course I didn't buy it. And now I cannot remember at all where I found it, help?

If it was a map you'd have to buy, it'd be the Dismal Map found at the yard sale near Bob's Dojo (accessed via the top cave in area 2).

You can find the Sea Map at the Fishmen village. You can even get Harvey to join your party after you get the map.

The first map is in the hidden fishman village, the map you can buy is in the karate village (where you fight Tiger Man) on the far right, and the last one is in Area 3, in an area that's not too hard to find

But everyone in the village got killed how can I get the map?!

You can't. You screwed up by selling your dynamite to the two guys in the hub area, so you'll need to do another playthrough if you want that map.
