If you're not seeing anything, then you probably missed the mustache rope that leads to the top.

Yes with some minor modifications, he's wearing a Mesh Tanktop & doesn't have the club. I think he's meant to look like FREAKY CONSTANTINA!

I'm going to assume that was the original intention, and you were going to have to fight them as a group or their Gang with the 'shattered'/'Stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥' as their Lackeys. But about halfway through production of the game the Dismal Jesters split up with Johnathan Holmes going his own way.

So the game was changed to reflect that.
