Bucket
I want to recruit Bucket into my party, but he's just chilling on top of the Russian Roullette building. Do I have to win a bunch of RR games or will he make his way to me eventually?

You have to beat all the RR guys to prove yourself worthy. Then he will join you, he is a good damage dealer and flashy too.

The last guy has 2 lives. The others I breezed through with only a couple reloads using a 100+ luck character. The last guy... I've been reloading for 45 minutes and can't win. I did use up 6 guys once to see if i could and did win, but reloaded after because I don't want to lose 6 party members.

Don't try to beat the last guy in only one go or you will be there forever, just expect to lose someone. I don't think you have to 'beat' him twice in one go, you can do one half with one character and then the other half with another.

is there any way to get back to the russian roulette building after leaving the area?

Yup. From the area two hub, just keep heading left until you find a cliff which has an arrow pointing down and the word "Jump" written on the wall, then jump down there.

I lost about 4 dudes, everyone I got so far except the other 3 in my party, it was worth it. You could save scum it, but boy, I don't have patience for that.

Here's a tip. Use a guy in Russian Roulette until you win, then go save, come back and do it again. Everytime you die, just restart from your last save so you don't have to lose anyone. When you've completed it to the point where there are none of his men left, then Bucket will join you.
