Blue Bar room?

This is my second time playing through and I still can't figure out what to do in that blue bar room (Spelled B-rocket drawing-R). Help?

If you sleep at a camp at someone gets abducted by the Blue Rockets, that's where you'll find them. Be glad you haven't encountered it.

To add onto that, all 3 areas have their own "Gang" that can abduct your party members when you rest at a campfire.

Gotcha. Thanks! I lost a couple of party members at one point during the first play through but I guess I was too late when getting them back.
