No mods or cheats for infinite saving in Pain Mode?

Alright, before this gets flooded with morons saying "get good" or some other crap-

I'm really digging this game, and I want to play on Pain Mode for the extra content and challenge.

The problem is the limited saves.

I don't often have the time or energy necessary to do long play sessions of this, so being made to go for long periods without saving is keeping me from making any progress.

I only found one mod that would enable this, but it doesn't work with the definitive edition.

So my options currently look like-

1. Cheat and boost everyone's levels to make the fights short as possible (Thus eliminating any of the challenge and tension I've enjoyed thus far for the rest of the game) so I can at least experience the Pain Mode exclusive stuff.

2. Start over on normal mode, but less challenge/tension and no Pain Mode content.

Is there seriously no cheat or mod for this game to keep the crows from exploding/ restore them?

Normal mode and Pain mode both have exclusive content. If you don't take joy for all of normal mode, you'll get something else.

Unfortunately, I don't know of anything you can do about the crows. I guess you could map it out ahead of time and choose which ones to use at which intervals.
