And Ajeet to debuff him with everything (blind + weird + wary + burn) and his strong Finger Beam 5 and 6. Blind debuff doesn't make him miss as far as I saw.
The actual winning resource for me to beat him was the Joy though. If you are not using it, be ready for a really long fight. Nern did a nice job restoring SP so I could go with everything constantly.
Gasoline Spit, Hottest Dance, Fireball 4, Discuss Powers/Techniques with Nern for whoever needs it more, usually Terry. If you get extra lucky, Gasoline Spit will blind Satan as well, so you get a few free rounds of potential no damage. I did 16k a turn this way. Due to Satan's laughable agility, you can get some wicked damage off.
Step 1: save somewhere so that you can restart if Birdy is killed off.
Step 2: engage whatever you want to kill in combat and oil them up.
Step 3: preheat your enemies to 450 degrees and enjoy dining on their health.
Step 4: win everything.
