at this point your are probaly at the end of the game you don't have to worroy about the final boss battle becuase the final boss is eassy so feel free to spend all your rescorces

Use the OP party of birdie and everyone using fire based attacks. There's nobody in particular that you should use though. Just keep in mind he can perma kill party members.

Use Harvey, his "Confusing Paperwork" skill specifically, to keep Satan perma-stunned.

I used Nern to piss him off with Dirty Insult, preventing him from attacking many times and sometimes attacking himself really hard.
And Ajeet to debuff him with everything (blind + weird + wary + burn) and his strong Finger Beam 5 and 6. Blind debuff doesn't make him miss as far as I saw.

The actual winning resource for me to beat him was the Joy though. If you are not using it, be ready for a really long fight. Nern did a nice job restoring SP so I could go with everything constantly.

i used duffle bag, nern, and birdie once i figured out the ridiculous dps the oiled up wombo combo had

Level 25 Terry with The Hottest Dance comboed with a Birdie whose used Gasoline Spit on the first turn and gotten Terry drunk on the second. Terry actually has the highest damage output for a fire based move so get him drunk and if he crits on an Oiled enemy (which he almost certianly will) you will beat the boss in 3-4 turns, even on pain mode. Your third party member is less important however I used the Pink Ranger with Final party as it made the whole process go quicker.

Birdie, Terry, Norn. Even an unlevelled Birdie can win the fight for you.

Gasoline Spit, Hottest Dance, Fireball 4, Discuss Powers/Techniques with Nern for whoever needs it more, usually Terry. If you get extra lucky, Gasoline Spit will blind Satan as well, so you get a few free rounds of potential no damage. I did 16k a turn this way. Due to Satan's laughable agility, you can get some wicked damage off.

Step 1: save somewhere so that you can restart if Birdy is killed off.
Step 2: engage whatever you want to kill in combat and oil them up.
Step 3: preheat your enemies to 450 degrees and enjoy dining on their health.
Step 4: win everything.
