Gang Members Leaving?

Where does a member of your gang go when they leave?

Assuming you mean the random event where it says "A party member has left you..." or whatever upon sleeping, then they go nowhere, technically. They're gone from that playthrough for good at that point, unless you reload.

If you mean a party member getting kidnapped however, then you may be able to still find and save them. The exact details with that depend on how far into which area it happened in and how far into the game you are, though.

Only those that died can know for sure, but I'd like to assume they all go to a giant middle finger waaaay up in the sky, where they can read porn mags all day (still no girls, though).

Reminds me of a demigod bar nethack challenge, where by the end of the game you had to have an ice box full of booze and a greased magical figurine of a foocubus of the opposite gender
