Sure, but most artists at least try to make the sample sound unique in some way. Effects, cutting pieces out etc.
I hope that's the case. W2D sure uses lots of premade samples and instruments that come with FL Studio. It was kinda silly to find most of the weird sounds he uses while scrolling through the sample packs.
It's a free sample on a home studio program. Not surprised someone else used it in music. That's what I was reffering to by "sampling," it's a premade sample available for use. This exist far more than you would think even in the professional industry.
