This is ridiculous. I can not for the life of me beat big Lincoln. Randos gone already, the merchant is dead so i cant buy any more health items. I use up all my joy during the fight but that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ will not go down. Any advice?

How much Joy do you have? Maybe you should go to the Joy Lab? There's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of Joy here.
And did you visit the bar? He is the best shop here, just don't visit him without your mask on.

Either find more joy (if possible) or just keep fighting him until RNG favours you. You're hitting Buddy's manuals fairly often, hopefully?
