Can't get Queen Roger

So I'm doing a mop up run of Lisa the PAINFUL for remaining acheivements and I'm not having any luck with getting Queen Roger. I'm working on the Bee Job mini-game and according to everything I've read online I should be halfway done but no other clients will spawn. I've tried leaving and coming back or just flat out advancing the story and coming back and nothing changes. I did let Brad lose and arm because I'm going for the selfless ending. Is my Brad too ugly now to attract more clients or am I encountering glitch? Any thoughts?

Well if you approach the door as if you were leaving and then choose not to leave, other clients do appear. Sometimes you have to do that 2 or 3 times for clients to come. Your number of arms does not matter. If that doesnt work, well that may be a bug but that would be strange

Got it! Thanks for the advice.I had to wait in the room 3 times but the final client showed up.
