Well yea people can cry for a lot of reasons we could also say rage, considering how agressive the mutants we fight are
Yes I would have said the same at first but triggering the transformation doesnt seem to work the same way for everyone, as Buzzo for exemple transformed after being relieved and happy to have confessed to Buddy
So happiness MIGHT work
That you cannot know, Yado himself said that everyones different and that his trumpet control doesnt work the same for all mutants, and that everyone has different reactions to joy
Well its fictionnal and works in a sorta magic way that would have no possible real scientific explanation so yea its confusing
Instead of the weakness that comes with normal, human withdrawal, they instead get absurdly strong and lash out at any nearby living thing unfortunate enough to cross its path. That's the reason I believe some mutants seem docile and harmless, while others eagerly bite your face off at the slightest provocation. The docile ones are still "Overjoyed." =(
considering stuff like how in that hotel place you find a joy mutant had killed a few scientists but now just sits there, i doubt that.
