I'd say she's inbetween pre-teen and teen. She is older than the kids we see in the first hub area of The Painful, and she is taller than most of them too. But I think she's younger than Jack (the magician) and probably slightly younger than Tooley (the green ranger). Buzzo himself must be in his twenties, because Brad was 35 and he trained Buzzo when he was younger, it seems.
Brad was probably around 20 when Lisa passed away, and around this time he became addicted to pain-killers. Although really I'm just speculating all of this. Rando and Buzzo are probably around the same age group, with Rando being slightly older than Buzzo, and even more with Lisa.
