Where to Find Mad Dog

I recently found Mad Dog's club, so I went to give it to him, but when I arrived in the village, everyone was dead and he wasn't there. Is it still posible to get him, and if so, where is he?

Unfortunately no, if you lose the fight to the Road Scholars, they kill everyone in Mad Dog's village, including Mad Dog.

If you save in different files frequently you may be able to reload before you fought them
In my opinon I would pay them the mags and just avoid it because I was never able to beat thos guys.
Of course you may have issues if you only used one save file.
I never really used Mad Dog anyway but I heard he was somewhat decent.
