Does Bo return to your party after grieving for his brother, if he even does so? Or does he just stay in the cave for the rest of the game?

I haven't seen this question be made anywhere.

As far as I know, he stays there forever.

Oh, well that's a shame. Could have really used his healing abilities more in the game. But oh well, at least he can now be at rest with what happened to his brother.

You could just, never take him there.

It's possible to leave the cave via truck, in that way you prevent the fight with his brother. When you visit the cave with Bo again, you're able to fight his brother with him in your party. Quite ironic.

Well, it seemed unfair to him. He joined the party so we can lead him to his brother, and it would have been really selfish to have dragged him around everywhere without fulfilling his wish.

Oh, that is quite interesting. Although I guess there is no unique dialogue for that.
