Specifics about the Desolate Expanse mod?

So, I found out about this Painful mod called Desolate Expanse, and it features a number of changes it's supposed to make to the game.

Unfortunately, I am not able to find the specifics by googling, so could anyone tell me what any of these actually are and anything I should know about them?

- Rebalanced combat, most moves, status effects, enemies, and equipment receiving touchups and changes.

What touchups and changes would these be, for each thing in question?

- Bugfixes and new gameplay features/changes, such as death quotes, redone party withdrawal, new mechanics for certain party members, and much more!

Redone party withdrawal is actually the reason I looked for some mods in the first place. From what I gather, there are several more party members who were supposed to suffer Joy withdrawal regularly than actually do in the base game, but fail to due to a bug.

Anyway, new mechanics for certain party members? And much more? Could anyone list what those all are?

Who are these, where do you meet them, and how do you actually recruit them?

- 25+ new encounters!

For these, could anyone list things like where and how you fight them, stats, weaknesses, etc.?

- Brand new areas, and some old ones revisited.

Someone please list these, as well as what's at any of the pre-existing areas in question.

Anyone know anything about all of the above?

Like 3-4 new effects, so many new areas for explore (with enemys of course) A dog as a party member (Area 1) changed stats and cost for special attacks and some new encounters,

PD: I haven't completed the game with this mod, so after finishing the game i will change this comment.
