nvm i just defeated him, i just used the drunk guy as my party member and he spit gasoline on him and then he offered brad a drink and he did 5,000+ damage

I used Tiger Man extensively in my Pain Mode run, and Tiger Man is quite good, eventually. You get him at level 16, he has one skill and doesn't start learning more until level 20. Joy addicted combo character, all his skills cause bleeding. I've seen his best moves crit for 4,500 when joyed up. If you you want some raw damage he's far from the worst.
