Help me decide (Decided!)
Im currently in my first run through and this guy wants to cut my left arm off or he is going to kill Terry. Is Terry worth saving. Up to this point he has been quite usefull but dies quickly. Does losing your arm matter?

I ended up loading just before that incident happens and having them Nern instead of Terry. But now these pretty boys took my chicken guy and they want 200 mags for him!

losing your arm reduces all of brad's stats and makes brad much weaker in general.

terry isn't a very good party member, and brad is the strongest in the game. it's best to sacrifice terry and recruit better party members. olan is a really good party member you can get early on.

Even without arms, brad is still one of the strongest characters in the game, cutting off your arms doesn't make much of an observable difference as long as brad isn't your main damage dealer.
He's very good in combination with some later party members (particularly Birdie), but it does take some time to get to that point (he needs alot of leveling), however, once Terry does get certain moves he can be rather fierce.

You can really do either one and you can change your play style according to that choice pretty easily. Olan is pretty great but he kind of slows down in mid/end game, in the beginnning he's the strongest. Terry has endgame potential but if you're playing on pain mod he's not gonna make it that far... his HP stays REALLY low the entire game. Vs. the biggest problem with cutting Brad's arm off is he craves Joy more but if you have 1 or 2 other heavy hitters, you'll be fine.

Welp, if you have earlier save you can have both arm and Terry. This guy wants to kill a 2nd character in order of your team, not any specific character. Personally I hired Rage and placed him in 2nd spot.

Do you know what happens if you dont have anyone in your party?

But Terry will always be in your party at that point right?

No. But Fardy will.

Asking us to solve defeats and ruins the purpose of the game. You decide what type of person Brad is.

I just want to make sure I wont do something that could ruin the fun of the game for me. I want to play the whole thing while having a good time, ya know?

I personally always make this decisions based on my own values, I believe that is the true purpose of this type of Decision Consequence game types. I did sacrificed the queer btw, he was useless to my playstyle, and as I said, I took the decision puting me in Brad's shoes, I for sure would need both my arms to be able to face the world out there, gotta be 100% complete for higher chances of saving my loved one.

Well considering there's like 30 characters total who can join you, and losing your arms or keeping them doesn't drastically change the ending, and it can really cripple Brad, I'd just let them kill the guy.

Dunno, but what does losing one companion (Rage) have to do with not having anyone in party?

What ruins the fun is delegating every decision to other people and trying to optimize your run, not the decision itself. The game remains quite doable no matter which option you choose.
