At this time, we don't have concrete plans to complete this sizeable chunk of work.
Thx a lot, yep i know, i own Cyberknights too (and i think every TB game?)
Guess will keep playing it on the Deck.
I've been transferring my save file all this time via google drive between my work laptop and home PC everyday. Sometimes I forgot to do it (or I forgot which direction I should do) and this situation just turns me off completely and makes me launch other game with cloud instead, since I don't have to bother with save transfer.
Idk whether there are other people with the same case as me or not, but I'd really appreciate it if dev really end up making the effort to do cloud save. Big respect, considering the age of the game.
If dev doesn't do it, I won't blame them too. I understand the decision and I bought the game fully knowing that they didn't promise steam cloud.
We're still (!?!) working on STF on the regular, so it's possible but I'd rate it unlikely at this point.
