"Plague Breaker" Unlock, need some clarification

So, what exactly are the conditions to achieve this unlock? During the plague era I did nothing but run missions for Gouldbern and while running my last one, with her at 99/100 influence, the plague era came to an end with the plague cured. But no unlock. What did I do wrong? Does her influence have to be at 100/100 to clear it? This is on "Normal" difficulty, by the way.

Sorry that it was not clear. You must reach 100/100. I will add that text specifically to the unlock description. Any chance you have a save slot that would let you go back and make another run at it?
