Trade, Introduction and Mission Talents are not yet in there.
I am unsure about some of the others, as I lack them this run.
For example:
Cooldowns for talents whenever you have 0 available out of at least 1 in the crew -> simply display shortest cooldown remaining in every category.
e.g.
0/3 Electronics Skill Save "automatically passes a failed Electronics test" "cooldown 1 day remaining".
Also collapsable sections or tabs would be nice if that's too much clutter.
Ok, expandable sections is probably needed, taking down all card game types, missions, contact related and trade as new groups
ETA: Although I would add that the bit I really wanted was the bit you already did, so I was pretty happy with the update already.
Killer -- I think a Travel section woudl be great -- Ion and Radiation Storms, Meteors, Hyperwarp Jumps, Landing Talents.

Ship battle talent group.
It would certainly belong on a Manifest. But combat skills come in masses.
Ship can Crew combat Skills really belong into such a Manifest. But there are also a lot of them.
Great suggestions on how to group ship combat. Will add Conscript to crew MGMT.
