Ah, I see. It is an interesting way to hold officers.

Since Med Rating seems higher than can be made use of, might it be better to replace two Med Bays with a Fuel Tank and Shielded Officer Suites? That would have a net 0 effect on officer slots and Elec, but give more fuel and reduce jump cost.

Yeah, you can replace these combat medic wards with fuel tanks or sig concleament field`s.

I hope to see some high mass battleships focused around large guns. And some large guns worth using .

Well, Large Slot weapons are giving better Critical Damage multipliers. Not that you need too much more Damage :D

The AI should be taught these secrets.

As if this thing will even hit anything with it's paltry 40 Strong and 180 Std. :D

The AI seem`s to love stacking rad resist, as plazma canons barely do anything. And Grav canon require one extra turn to get in firing position. To make thing worse, it offer no defence dice, unlike railguns =( And screw fuel consumption/cargo hold`s.
What is odd, i remember to oneshot enemy engines with two Helios array`s, but i barely see it with curent weapon setup.
BTW, if Twich surge get a rework, the torpedos will became top DPS weapons.

What about missiles? But don't underestimate Grav's i swear there is some mechanic that gives you extra internal dmg if you strike in high dmg single strikes.

Updated my layot to deal with 4k hp slug carriers with imbued 180 att roll. If someone know a working strategy to deal with bombers plz let me know, i haven`t found a way to reliably shot-down all of them before they can land a hit.
