sham objects not loading?

noticed the past few rounds that some people's sham objects just aren't loading, its invisible. all i can see are the nails. a lot of the sham objects in the shop are invisible too so i can't even see what they are, wondering if that's connected.

does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix?
