the game doesn't load

everytime i try to open the game it doesn't load...only an empty standalone,,,,
even on the browser

Maybe it has something to do with your internet? Try to use vpn or proxy.

For Windows: hit Win+R, type cmd, hit enter, type ping serveur.transformice.com, hit enter. You should see packets exchange.

I have done the same thing as you said, But its still not loading, I tried reinstalling it, Doing the command when and before the game started running, I would appreciate the help, Since Adobe Flash is discontinued sadly, Also sorry for any interruption.

Do you see packets exchange from ping command? Try another client: in steam library Tranformice -> Properties -> Betas -> Select from dropdown.

So, I just want to say that i know nothing about the Steam Engine, I have went to the betas section and found a Electron client, After downloading it, Transformice simply became pure black, And yes i feel very dumb about it.

Go back to original client then. If loading is stuck at 0%, maybe you just need to wait a little. Try to use vpn or proxy if your provider or organization is blocking traffic. If nothing helps, try to ask your question in discord [discord.gg].
