I forgot my password for Transformice

When I try to recover password, I put my username and email with what I registered and it says me *incorrect* :/

I have an account with the username of "sviat" but I can't access it, once I made a support ticket in Tranformice site, but nobody ever answered me :(

I just wanted to receive a link to be able to reset my password to the email associated with my username.

I made a new ticket, but since my previous one was never answered I'm afraid it won't be answered again.

The user account 'Sviat' only has 45 rounds played, with only 9 cheese obtained. Not only is this effectively nothing, it's also incredibly unlikely that you played long enough to even associate an e-mail to your account. You don't have to use an e-mail while registering your account: If I recall correctly, at least in the past, you had to whisper to a bot to set it all up, but that may have just been for the CFM website.

You either never associated an e-mail to the account, or you forgot which e-mail you did use.

Either way, I personally suggest just making a new account. Unless you played during an event, you will make everything back up in almost no time, and even if you did play during an event, they make it so almost all titles and items are obtainable every year anyway so you won't be missing anything permanently.

I had Halloween hats , but I have an email validation of my registering back then, and if I try to use same username to register again it says "it's already in use"
