what does marriage in this game even DO? that was never explained

I don't think it does anything, you can only really see your partner easier in-game and has a heart on the Friend List

Would of been nice if it made you be their soul-mate all the time but it doesn't sadly.

I think it makes you be together in 2 chaman maps

Yea, I think thats all.. a heart shows in the friendslist and your soulmate is automaticly your soulmate in soulmate maps.

Not always, my friend and me were together but on soul-mate maps it was rare we were connected
