Time Limit For Fraises?

So I learned that Steam added a certain amount of rules to be able to do in-game purchases, but....WHAT IS THE EXACT AMOUNT OF TIME TO BE ABLE TO BUY FRAISES LIKE WTF?! My friend said 250 days and I'm just here like THAT'S ALMOST A YEAR! So I'm just wondering if it's true or not, because some people are able to buy fraises on here for like only 10 hours on, meanwhile I'm here with 200+ hours.

Guys, couldn't you simply go on www.transformice.com and buy fraises there?

Yeah wtf I spend already a year and can't buy any fraise on steam and who the fuq wanna spend their money from the credit card when they stilll have their steam wallet and could buy something else

One of my friends said that you need to go on at least 250 days, but I don't really trust that since it may be a rumor he heard ;-;

yeah but some people don't have credit cards or mobile payment available so they just use their steam wallet or they want card drops when they buy fraises

I wish it was 10-30, I contacted steam and they said they had a limited knowledge about in-game purchases, and on a topic in A801 it said they had limited knowledge of steam

I've played for 30 hours, Steam still says : You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase.

i have over 200 hours on the game and it still says "You must spend more time in able to make a purchase"

I had that problem once and it eventually went away, i asked one of the mods in game and she said that she didn't know why it was happening. But now i'm having a problem where it's telling me "You must wait a few days before you can make a new purchase on Steam."

i will try to tell to a mod right now. but if it will say like at you (You must wait a few days before you can make a new purchase on Steam.) i will probably quit transformice or i will collect cheese lot of cheese to buy a fur ;C

Because some people have parents that don't allow them to have paypal or any other currency. Sad that 13 or younger players that play this can't have a credit card just to buy fraises.
